Yogurt & Berry Bowl
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
• 160g Greek yoghurt
• ½ cup frozen berries
• 1 tsp honey
• 2–3 tbsp rolled oats
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp trail mix
• 1 tsp dried cranberries
Method:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the frozen berries and honey. Microwave for about 30 seconds, or until the berries soften and become slightly saucy.
2. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a serving bowl.
3. Top with the warm berry mixture, then sprinkle over the oats, chia seeds, trail mix, and cranberries.
4. Serve and enjoy!
